BTW, Castrol Super Clean works awesome! I used it to clean the front suspension when I did my brake upgrade and it did wonders. How much do you dilute it for cleaning under the hood?

JSMITH-I would use aluminum so you can polish it, I can send you the dimensions if you want. super clean 50/50 mix with water. Turns the hoses greyish so I coat them with 303 after to bring the shine back. I try not to get alot on the aluminum but if i do, I spray some amsoil metal protectant on it after.

RILEYC8- its 180 plus shipping as avertised. People tell me not to mess with things all the time,

SLEEPERSILVERADO- There's a srew so you can adjust for the throttle plate at wot, there alittle off from the factory. Instead of grinding down the stop you can adjust it back if you go to far. Also when I get my cam in I might open it alittle to help fix any possible idle problems.

Looks real nice.

I especially like the filling they did on the inside there. I don't even see a seam. Did they weld that up?

01Blackerado-it took almost a month because he was busy.

getchusum99-I sent him mine off my truck. I take my truck off the road for winter. It was sanded ported and powdercoated.

MARC_w-I don't know what material he used but it's sanded very well to blend in with the rest of the inner wall. It's not weld though.

HITMANX-I did notice a nice crisp throttle reponse. No track times yet but hopefully with evrything working together with the new cam it will show a nice overall gain.

Question Air Intake?

Hey man, i was just checkin' out your engine bay again. What kind of air intake is that you've got on there, and where did you find it. I'd be interested in getting one like that.

Thanks for the info, can they be ordered directily from the company or is it best to go through a dealer somewhere? :burn
Do you guys think it's better than the K&N filter kit, it sure looks better, but i mean performance wise?

check the group purchase section or classifieds i believe one of the sponsors is having a gp.

They use AFE filters now which I like better than the K&N.
