Default bearing advice: engine build

I've been doing research on here and tech. There's people who swear by every bearing mfg out there. I am going to be building an iron 5.7 with a set of forged pistons and rods. I will be using the stock crank. This will be going in my daily driver that sees roughly 10k miles per year. My goal is 600hp to the wheels. I am leaning toward GM bearings and have heard good things about king bearings. Anyone with experience here please chime in. Thanks
