Yeah ive put 2degree ones in on our '57 chevy truck. Our U-bolts are pretty long (theres about 1inch of threads after the nut) I know the U-bolts are different from the new trucks, but i just tightened them down to like 95ft/lbs. and they have stayed in place for a couple thousand miles.

ok gentlemen (and ladies; pc correct)

i purchased rims today 18x8 boyd coddington genesis 6 and guess what?

the wheel hop is gone! yes i said gone!
now i can fully punch it and i dont have to worry about the truck bouncing. what a great thing for me! next stop - track to 1/4 mile it!!
