I agree that he is an EXCELLENT tuner, but I have heard way too many negative complaints from customers to agree that he has customer service. I was unsuccessful on more than 2 occasions trying to get a hold of Nelson when I first began looking for a tune back in 2005 and settled on a wait4me tune for 6 months until I began tuning with efilive.
