Best way to install new rod bolts???

I put ARP's in mine, I didnt have any collars or anything. i pulled them out one at a time, and put a ARP in its placed. I think I had to torque mine down to something like 25, then back off, repeat, then back off, then tighten them down. I dont remember the torque specs though. I never removed my caps or anything, and the bolts on the LSx motors dont have to be knocked out, they are bolts, not studs like the SB chevys have

that is the same way i did mine,and i did mine 10 different times no problem
