Default The Big Brown Truck stop by today.

I came home from work today and these were sitting on my front porch.

I cant wait until i get to slap these bad boys on.

Don't listen to this guy . I did mine on the floor with the truck jacked up in the front a bit. It worked fine. It is helpful to have someone on top to stick a bolt or two through the flange and into the head to hold it there while you hold it from below.

An added note for keeping them purty while installing, stuff the nice thick plastic bags they came in (or anything similar; Bitchithane), to keep from scratching them up while inserting them from below. Go slow and pitch, and rotate them into position. It will be worth it.
