Default Billet servo question?

Hey everyone. Ever since I put my billet servos in my takeoff has been sluggish and the 1-2 shift is a hard clank. Is this just a sign of low fluid? I took them out again to doublecheck and everything was put in correctly. The level on the dipstick is within tolerance, but maybe I should fill it up to the highest acceptable level on the dipstick? And once it got out of first it was fine. I heard the tranny needs more line pressure on takeoff than in other gears?? Let me know what you all think before I put the stock stuff back in.
