Blown head gasket
Check out this video of my exhaust on a cold start. Notice when it first starts how lumpy it sounds.
There's some coolant missing too ...

it isn't too hard to swap them out in the truck, maybe you want to step up to some head studs while you are in there.
have you pulled the plugs yet? i would like to know what the worst one looks like.

This happened I guess ever since I put the 6.0 heads on. I guess I'm gonna have to yank that one side off again. It won't be to big of a deal since I already got studs in there.
I don't have the coin at hte moment to do anything else with the heads. I have a set of 6.0 heads on there now.
I guess when I changed the pushrods (50 thou shorter), it started making more compression and went ahead and pushed them over the edge.
