Default Blue LS6 springs and cam?????

Finally going to do my head and cam swap. Wanted to get everyones opinion on using the blue ls6 springs (good to .550 lift) with a Lunati 212 218 .531 .531 lift cam in my 5.3. I think I'm o.k. on lift, but just worried about the ramp rate of the Voodoo Lunati lobes. These are going on some massaged 799's. I'm leaning toward the non aftermarket springs for valvetrain noise control and just easier on everything else. So lets hear it ...............

I think you should be fine. I'm a .525/.532 lift cam with LS6 springs.

that will work fine.
I ran LS6 springs for over a year with my 212/218 cam then swapped to a tr220.
6700rpm shift points with the tr220

Do you guys have yellow springs or the updated blue ones. I have the blue and and have read numerous places that they are only good to .550 lift vs .570 for the yellows, just thought the other specs of the blue springs would be lower also, mated with a Lunati Voodoo cam I dont want to run short on spring

I bought those exact springs from sd parts, new blue ones, I just read somewhere on here where they were tested for lift capabilities against the yellow ones and they didnt quite measure up to the yellow ones.

Blues are ls9 springs...

Ls9 cam specs- 211/230 122.5 .558/.552

I have run blues on the cam in my sig (216/220) for close to 20k miles with no issues..
