Default boost levels
does anyone know how much boost i would be able to safely run on a 4.3 and a 4.8? what did parish get up to when he did his little project on the 4.8?

I'd say no more than 10psi stock, but I'm not 100% sure on that. I know the 5.3's have a problem with pistons cracking...

I believe Parish got up to 19-22psi or so, ( Dont quote me on it ) however I dont think he ran it very long at those levels. Also at that high of a boost level tuning is VERY important, its got to be right on.
