Just put NGK Tr55's in mine. I only have 70k miles on mine so i left the plug wires stock.. Ive heard way to many horror stories about the Bosch plugs to go with those.. I picked up my TR55's from Oreilys for 12.96.. Have fun with the the last spark plug on the passengers side..

That last plug ins't that bad, LOL. It's not as easy as, say #2 and #4, but not that bad.

I ran bosch in mine... the regular platinums. One of them fouled out in a good motor less than 500 miles later. Went back to AC Delco and it runs fine.

Do you (anyone) think Bosch sucks in general or just in these trucks? What is it about the tr-55s that is so good. All the talk about platinum and iridium has nothing to do with hot spark, just longer lasting material, right?

Hey guys I never heard of the NGK till I started posting on the site. Who exactly makes them. Or NGK makes them. And someone said that NGK run less then 20 is that for the 8 or for just one. Sorry dont mean to steal a thread.

NGK is a Japanese plug company that's been in business for a long time. Their plugs being used in domestic stuff...don't know how long that's been happening. Has to be 20 for 8...never heard of a $20 plug (yet) .

At Autozone, we've got some NGK Iridiums that run like 14 a plug.

Never heard of 43 a plug.... that must be for some top fuel dragster.
