Break in time for cam?

I haven't really heard much on this subject. Is there much of a break in time for a cam swap (cam, springs, rods)?

no break in but would try and give the springs a few proper heat cycles

no break in....but i'd still change your oil after 500miles and maybe 1000miles just to make sure there's not shavings that might get in your pump or anything.

only on flat tappet cams which is 20 minutes on initial startup sustained RPM between 2000-3000....I don't think you need to "break in" a roller cam(I NEVER HAVE) I could be wrong but I'm 99% sure!
