Broken Muffler?

After talking with a muffler specialist...found out that Flowmaster's baffles are only tac welded into the chamber walls. That's a pretty flimsy design if you ask me! With all the pressures vibration and heat going through there I'm shocked that flowmaster thinks that a couple of tac welds are gonna hold those baffles in place.

Anyways, I'm gonna put a stock muffler on there. That will allow me to run quiet when DD'ing (I drive 150+ miles a day) and set-off alarms when I open the cut-outs. There's also a HUGE power difference with my set-up with the cut-outs. I know the added backpressure will effect my power but there's still plenty of HP there...trust me. And when I really want to get on it I'll just dump the cut-outs and the turbo will be happier.
