Would not hurt to do a fuel pressure check just in case. My brother ran out of gas 3x but the pump and regulator were fine.
Did you seafoam the IAS ( idle air solenoid )? Sounds like your cold start problem to me. They can get clogged and/or stuck which will impact the cold idle mostly.
Remove it, clean it real good, do NOT pull on the black plunger. Also clean the seat inside the TB for good measure.
