Building 2" headers from 1 3/4"
Well do to some changes I really needed bigger than 1 3/4" headers, actually needed bigger when the swap was done a few years ago. So I ordered some nice bends and started building away. So far I got about 6 hrs in the driver side. Pass side should take a full day. These are purpose built so I opted for mild steel instead of stainless. Enjoy..

I guess you could say home fabbed...LOL. These are nicer than most that you can order. And they are professionally built.
It does when it makes close to 1xxxhp at the crank. The stockish 6.0 dyno'd 720rwhp through a stall, 4l80e, two peice driveshaft, and 4.10 gears.
