I'll try to help the guy out. He might just need some learning.
Every vehicle has drivetrain loss. Your stock 2001 5.3L was rated at 285HP at the flywheel from the factory. You typically see 20% drivetrain loss on a truck. 285 divided by 20% is approx 228 hp at the flywheel. So how did you double your hp without doing any internal work or add FI or nitrous? Just trying to help you out here.
So basically the only thing you did was add the programmer to the truck. The flowmasters don't add hp just sound and they are a restrictive muffler as it is. Flowmasters do sound good though. A cold air intake will pretty much add no power on a stock truck, you might of gained ~5hp.. With the handheld you probably gained another 10hp.
Take it to a dyno and get it dynoed, then you will have your base numbers. After that keep modding your truck until you are happy.

Also there has not been "chips or eproms" in trucks since the 90's..Only a pcm/ecm that is programible via the obd port..and only factory FI vehicles/turbo diesels pick up 50+ hp from a re-tune..

For starters welcome to the site, just so you know if your current mods are Diablosport, exhaust and intake then you are not making 410hp. You may want to do a little bit more research on cams, the ASA cam is no where near optimal for a 325ci motor in a truck. That cam is too big, also forget about the throttle body spacer as it is a waste of money. A good set of heads and a properly sized cam will help out tremendously but you have to plan out what you want to do. How high of a stall speed do you want to run torque converter wise? Plan to build up the transmission also.
