sounds similar to mine, Ive still got the stock manifolds with no cats a flowmaster ypipe and 40 series muffler

If your going NA mill the heads
on my current setup you can feel the compression hit you with .050 off it vibrates my windows and Im on the second floor Im shure my neighbore loves his car alarm going off in the morning. I did notice he quit arming it

what did you have to change as far as spring, pushrod and that type stuff

Comp 918 springs and kept the stock pushrods. i'm not planning on spinning it past 5.8k so didn't see a need to replace them. if i jump on the VHP GP and grab the rockers i will replace them then.
