Thanks for the input.
I was hoping for an adjustment of some sort.
It feels like it is loading up.
It has plenty of power once it starts to move.
What about 4.10 gears. would that help?

The SUV's have a 4 link suspension in the back so they have good traction to start with. I would bet the torque management is also playing a role in not being able to spin them too.

You have a much better chance than an old Small Block Chevy with the auto industry's most embarrassing attempt at port fuel injection ever.

Just add some boost, some gears, a torque converter, a trans buildup, a bigger rear end, some headers, bigger exhaust, etc, blah bleh whatever else crap....

P.S. - that's with 10" wide tires and no brakes

my buddy has a 99 tahoe he just ordered a p1s-c kit for that already has edelbrock headers, 2 1/2 flowmasters, ed wright programming, air raid intake kit (junk), factory 3.73 with gov-lock, and a shift kit with .490 boost valve and both billet servo's. we're hoping the procharger and vigilante (getting ordered today) will get it into the 13's and allow us to work it into the 12's. here's a couple terrible pic's i have of it.
