Default CAI for 2002 5.3

Hey guys I was wondering what kind of cold air intake would be the best if I only want a exhaust and a tune. (Blackbear) or (Nelson)
I know use the "search button" but I couldn't find anything, thanks for any help

Find a cheap tube from somewhere to replace the factory tube and then cut the front out of your stock airbox. add a k&n filter in there if you choose.

I bought the AEM brute force cai for my 2001 5.3, supposedly it puts down the best numbers on a stock engine when compared to others.. i didnt make my own cause i wanted the nice polished tube and for $300 i could take the old mess off put the brute force on and im done, i prefered that route rather than making my own..

If you're dead set on buying one and don't want to make your own tube and cut out the air box... I like my volant.

Personally, I say eff the oiled K&N filter and get a nice factory replacement dry-flow from Amsoil, if you go the home made route. Just my .02
