I have the first one. I love it! Lot's more power than the stock cam with basically the same bolt-ons as you.

For what it's worth, if you can find a cheaper (thinner wall) pair of long tubes, like maybe Summits brand or something, I would go with them and then upgrade when you get the money. You might be able to get them for the same price as the shorties. Not trying to beat a dead horse but hate to see you spend money on shorties and not see any results. Stock manifolds run pretty good and no one really reports and gains from shorties.

EDIT: maybe you already have the shorties on...I thought you were saying you were going to buy a set...

no i bought a set of shorties about 3 or 4 years ago. and i still have them. i paid 125 for the cam. i got the springs for 40 and i got the pushrods for 50 i think. so i found some good deals to be able to afford a cam. i agree tho. LT's are the way to go.

It completely depends on your setup.

If youve got the static compression Id go for the 212/218

but honestly I woudnt pick either one of those.

I paid 250 for that cam brand new but I wouldnt recommend it for your setup especially with stock compression 2600 stall speed and shorties.

The gt2-3 would be a better choice, will get you great mileage and stock idle
