Default Cam for 03 1500 HD

I am thinking about changing the cam.Mods are : magnaflow catback, airaid jr,ported throttle body, throttle body bypass. No headers or stall, drivetrain is stock with the 3.73's and I plan to keep it that way (already have hot rodded f-body) I know it needs longtubes and a stall for the best combo but just looking for a little more power with very little if any lope.I have searched dozens of pages but have found very little valid info.Any help or input would be greatly appreciated

212-218 duration 115-117 lsa cam( if you def keep the manifolds look for a cam with more exhaust duration then intake) should work decent with a stock stall. Get your cold air, do the bypass, the exhaust.. Then get a custom pcm tune from one of the sponsors-Nelson-Black Bear or Wheatley.. A set of headers will only help the cam, all out power.. That will get ya on your way though

How about the XFI truck, 212/216 .520 .524 on a 115 or the tri power 210/218 .513 .507 on a 115
