honestly bro, if you are going to pay full price for a new cam, that one will leave you wanting more. Thats a BABY cam, maybe an embryo cam even... you'll want something bigger. Ultimately it is up to you, but I guarantee you'll want more... I wouldn't even waste the 4 hours to install one like that...

If you want to do a cam swap try a 212/218 or as big as a 220/220...just my .02.

ya see i dont want to have to change my converter yet..i was going to buy 3" true dual exhaust and headers but parke10 and jaegmc99 think that i should buy a cam first instead of that..

+1. Get something bigger. I have a 212/218, .525 .532 @ 114. I will probably go bigger.

you wont have to change the converter, I ran a 216/220 .550/.555 114 cam with stock converter for almost a year...hell, that was completely untuned and it ran great.

Ask Modoo(I believe it's him who runs it) how he likes that cam. It is a great low end cam and it's much bigger than stock although small by most people's standards.

All good advice, but just because ur getting a bigger cam u dont NEED a stall. Thats just supposed to help u with ur 60' times. Im about to throw a pretty substantial cam in my 4.8 and a converter is really kinda last on my list

We'll see how much you like that cam on your stock stall. It seems to be a hit or miss. I think you'll find that power below 3k rpms sucks though.

Quick Reply: cam ?
