Default Cam bearings coming out on the 99-04bar 6.0ls

Has anybody heard of this being a problem or had it happen? I have two 6.0s I bought and both of them when I was pulling the cam out and one the bearing came right out with it and it didn't look spun at all the was no scars on the journal at all.would the block be safe to reuse? Or is it fixable? Thanks for the input guys!!
