Default cam choice?

I am trying to decide on a good NA/ nitrous cam for my truck. The truck is a 2002 RCSB 5.3. It has intake, ported tb, lpp long tubes, 3400 converter,255 walbro pump, and magnaflow cat back. Im running a 125 dry shot right now, and the truck runs great, best of 7.97 at 90 in the 1/8th with a 2.0 60ft with drag radials. Im hoping with cam and re tune to get closer to the 7.5's. Any suggestions would be great. Also the truck is my DD, and I never pull anything with this truck(ie:trailers, boats ect)

Off the shelf probably around TR228, or get a custom grind from Ed Curtis at FTI

What is the main difference in power output between the 220 and 224? Which one gives you more top end power and which one gives you more low end torque? Those are my two choices in what i want to put in my Silverado
