Anything bigger than a 212/218 ur gonna need more converter.. it's gonna be slow out the hole.. I ran my 212/218 on a 3200 stall 4.10 gears on a5.3... it gained low end... keep in mind looking for something like a 3600216 for ur 4.8 to get it up quick.. look at RHINO79 he stalled it big now he can cam it nicely

i understand that the 2600 wont make him 60' but that 214/220 wont hurt him as much as a 220/220 cam no matter what his LSA is. just saying it dont take a huge cam nor a 3600+ converter to get a good e.t. like i said its just my .02 an im sure it doesnt mix well with everyone elses' idea of a DD an such forth.

the 212/218 or the 214/220 will do very well with his 2600 even if he goes up to a 3200. id keep the 3:73s imho

I totally agree with u i. was just trying to let him know that with a 220/220 he was going to need a bigger stall since he metioned about goingto with one.The 212/218 or 214/220 would be the best option for his set up...

yeah...the bigger converter would do wonders (3200 being the max imo) an the 212/218 or 214/220 would be great. IF he was dead set on the 220/220 then welcome
to the 3600+ converter club
