I don't have first hand experience, but i think you need 7.35 pushrods with ls7 lifters. Perhaps someone will chime in here or do a search.

SO is it lower the LSA the more choppy the idle is? like a 114 VS a 112 the 112 would be choppier?

With a 4.8, the more converter the better. Go with a 3600+ 9.5" piece.

The 224 cam should work well. When you take the heads off, bring them to a machine shop and have them deck about .040" off. Your 4.8 with that cam will love the extra compression.

there is a new set of LS7 lifters for $110 in the for sale section. You should buy a pushrod length checker, I'm not sure the stock LS7 pushrods will work. They have different heads.

how the ad reads, just trying to save you a few hundred over the terrible price you found. I think you can get them for less than 150 from SDPC also. You should look around some more

How about this:
dual valve springs/ls7 lifters/ls2 chain
TSP/TR 220
circle d/yank 3600
tbss/NNBS intake
run a cutout before the muffler or swap the crapmaster for something free flowing
I like it but with maybe a Dynomax?
