Default Cam and Header suggestions for daily driven '03 Z71 Tahoe...?

What cam do you guys recommend for a daily driven 2003 Z71 Tahoe?
Headers will also be added at the time of the cam install - which ones are the best for the Tahoe's?
Also I understand that a tune will most likely be required and have informed him of this and the fact that he will also need to purchase different springs, pushrods, gaskets, and balaner bolt. We just have to decide on which headers and cam...

Current Modifications:
K&N FIPK
Ported TB
TB spacer
NGK plugs
MSD wires
Hypertech power pack
true duals

Desired cam characteristics:
Off-idle power
no loss of low end torque
stealthy - less lope is preferred
daily driveability
street friendly
work with stock stall

I suggested the following to him:
Comp 212/218 .558/.553 115LSA
OR
Vinci 210/218 .551/.551 116LSA

So what do you guys suggest or recommend as far as a cam and headers for a daily driven '03 Z71 Tahoe? Thanks in advance for any comments, help, and/or suggestions.

dynatech header package comes with cats.(new style d.s tubes)great product, stainless works also has a nice kit, both require no modifications to cat back, pace setter makes an affordable one with only an off road y-pipe(no cats).
lingenfelter gt-2-3 is a great NA cam with the option for FI if desired later down the road.or you can get a 04-05 z06 cam they are a good match for the 5.3 NA.the gt-2-3 will have a smoother idle(better than factory).

i like the comp 212/218 for your application. also go with either dynatechs or stainless works headers

however you are gonna want to get a dyno tune for those, or a mailorder tune at the very least

I say in a heavy vehicle like the tahoe, i'd do more of a 208/212 personally. I love my 212/218 but I've got a stall for it as I can tell my low end is slightly less than it was stock. I wouldnt want a 115lsa personally but i guess thats his choice.

Default cam choices

I have this same truck and I have the comp 212/216 on a 115LSA and I am very happy with it...but I also have a 2600 stall. A 208/212 might work better with a stock stall. I also have the Dynatechs and I love them. High quality and a great fit but the cost can be prohibitting. Wish I had had them ceramic coated before I installed them...maybe for next mod. Did my cam
6 mos. before Radix install so I got a good feel for it with the stall. I tow occasionaly so I didn't want to get to carried away with High cam numbers.

my question to all you 115* LSA guys, why did you choose that option over the comp 112* LSA setup? the 112* would give you more torque lower in the powerband, which would seem beneficial in a truck.

though, i am coming from a 10second srt4, so im kind of over the topend pull of a big turbo car, and am more looking for somthing that makes lots of torque around idle, where i drive most of the time.

Default Lsa

A 112LSA might bleed boost for my application having a Radix.
A 115LSA will idle like stock and only sacrafice a little low end.
If I wasn't boosted I would have purchased a 112LSA for the added low end torque for towing and that nice lopey sound.
