What do you mean by this? What valves, springs, rocker arms, pushrods, and lifters are you going to be using to control that cam?

Ive already upgraded the valves springs and rockers and pushrods stock lifters tho I cant remember what brand but ive got it in my first blue print for the first build and im sending the heads off to get ported more

Which springs did you use? What rockers and what pushrods?

I dont remember but ill check tonight my engine guy said they would hold up im pretty sure he knows what hes doing he only builds race engines

My point is that you are going about this pretty blind. You don't know what any of your valvetrain components are or what they are capable of but you are sure you can turn 7000 all day. You bought a cam without knowing anything about how a cam works or what the specs mean. I'm not trying to hate but you need to do some research and contact a reputable shop to help spec your build. You will probably get this motor together and wonder why it doesn't run the way you expected it to.

I have a engine guy and he looked over the cam specs and said that this cam would work im not building this engine myself I have my engine guy which is good friends with my dad who has a race engine shop

Dude...cancel that cam before it ships, lol. Step away from the "Check Out" button and either do some research yourself or as said above, call up someone to recommend a cam for you. The RPM range for that cam is going to be terrible for a daily driven vehicle. Now if you were building an all-out race vehicle, it's another story, but if you were, you wouldn't be here asking these kinds of questions.
