Cam or LSA Supercharger for my 2008 6.2L

I've been considering doing the cam again since now it'll cost more like $4500 to get the LSA done the cam is certainly more cost effective. It'll also take care of some of the things I was worried about trying to make a 145k mile engine faster anyway such as the oil pump, lifters, valve springs, timing chain, head gaskets and bolts, etc. None of those things have given me any reason to worry yet (been on two road trips) but I'd really hate to swallow the extra cost of the supercharger and then a lifter take a crap two weeks later (my engine is non-AFM but you never know).
I don't know enough about these cam numbers to look at them and know exactly what a particular cam will do so if I could get some guidance here between these options. I want to keep the stock torque converter and VVT.
My tuner has a very slightly used Comp Cams 156-401-13 (214/228 0.559/0.571 114 LSA) for $200 - his customer thought it would be "more rowdy" and had him change it out. My tuner said it's probably good for 50 whp.
There is an older Texas Speed L99 VVT Stage 1 cam here in the classifieds which is 223/227 .610/.613 113 LSA.
There is the current Texas Speed L99 VVT 1.2 which they said can be used in a truck which is 223/233 .629/.629 114 LSA.
Then also the current Texas Speed L92 VVT Stage 1 which is 216/229 .600/.600 114 LSA - this cam seems pretty similar to the Comp one I can get slightly used for much cheaper?
Gwatney Performance also has a VVT Stage 1 which is 216/226 0.552/0.552 113 LSA which also seems pretty similar to the Comp.

There are DBW kits for 3900.

I know about the boost district kits. I figure for $400 more I’d rather have a new supercharger than an unknown mileage one. I don’t think I’ll save a huge amount of money putting my own kit together though since the supercharger itself costs so much.
