what is the part number for the 2002 zo6 camshaft? i called the local dealership and they only have part numbers for the (ls1 and ls6). is the 1s6 the cam that i want?

also do any of you have the cam specs on that cam? thanks....

 

You don't want to buy the 2002 model. It has a completely different profile than the ones that most guys are using. You will need new valves if you go with that one (base circle is decreased to 19 mm from 19.7).

Look on LS1.com for a user named JSMITH in the truck section. He has the whole 2001 LS6 cam kit for sale. It includes the cam, springs, gasskets, crank bolt, ....

If you do the LS6 cam, get a converter to boost up the low end.
