Default cam on stock exhaust

I want to put a comp cam (212/218) in my truck and keep the stock exhaust. Yes I know its illogical but thats what I would like to do. I actually want it to be a sleeper and thats my reasoning behind it. How do you think it will idle in my 5.3? Any noticable lope?
