Default Cam swap and radiator question.

I know the radiator has to be moved to get the cam out of the block.

Do the ATF and power steering or engine oil cooler lines (on the drivers side)have to be removed, or can I slide the radiator up high enough with them in place?

It looks like I'll only need to get the radiator up about a foot...

Thanks.

I did not remove the atf or ps lines but I did remove the lower radiator hose from the radiator then just tiled it up and strapped it with a bungee while I slid the old cam out and new cam in.
