I was able to do it in my fbody but I wouldnt say it was that easy, it would have been nice to keep it in

I've done multiple cam swaps in vehicle's such as 03 SSS, 05 SSS and my truck a 03 Z71, all had to have the radiator's pulled, no way around it. It is close, they could almost have came out with the radiator in, but just wouldnt do it. All the trucks i've worked on have been 4WD or AWD, not that it should make a diff. though

Same thing here, my cam swap was close, but it had to come out. I left it in until the last moment, just to be sure, then 3 minutes later, it was out. Not that big a deal, just make sure you have some rags or something to catch the tranny fluid that slowly leaks out of the tranny and stains the garage floor while you're not paying attention. Its not alot, but enough to annoy you.

I pulled mine when I did my cam swap, for the room it provided it was worth the extra 60 seconds that it takes to pull it out.

I was able to do it with the radiator in. I just tilted it a bit. Installed was ALOT easier than an fbody. except for me dropping a bolt
