I'll get some before and after speedo shots but probably no dyno numbers.

My conclusion is the 4.8 is a dog in anything except a reg cab. Heavy part throttle and WOT improved but cruising and how much gas pedal it takes to move this didn't change much. I'm swapping in 4.10 gears soon.

i did 3 weeks worth of reading before ordering my parts and it seemed EVERYONE recommended a little split dur low lift cam. i made a ballsy move and opted to choose one completely out of the ball park from what was being suggested for the 4.8 and I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. my track number arent all that impressive due to small converter huge DA numbers but it deff runs on the street.(im beatin on mustangs all day long) rarely ever downshifts while cruising at 55, 65, or 75 and has lots of passing power. the gears deff helped out alot but the cam seems to be exactly what i wanted and it drives damn near close to stock.

A tsp 220 isn't too big for a 4.8l. You have some things on your side... Your a RC, 4.10s, newer 4.8 with higher compression and better heads.
