Default cams

I have been doing some research on cam for 5.3 and 6.0 thinking that a lot of people want to go real big.
I keep looking at my track times and dyno of my old 5.3 and i have talked to alot of people that i can not post up.
i think that i found out is a cam such as a tr220,tr224 are any cam cut in this line is just set up for easy tuning not to get the most out of the set up,actually a set up with the same dur, and same lift is proven to leave some where around 20lbs of tq and 10 to 15 hp.
and these people also have proven that to much dur, in the ls styles motors are killers to these thing.

i am going to do a little test just to see for my self with another member on here and let him post up times and difference.
and this test was done n/a only.
i hope to be able to give you'll some more info soon

How did you like the 216/224 cam? And what is the new cam and why did you change to it?
