Never ran the truck with just the blower.
To compare:
RCSB 5.3L Radix 13.5 @ 101.4
CCSB 5.3L Radix/Cam 13.7 101.1
I would say without the cam I would be looking at a 14.5 truck @ around 97 or so.

my opinion
It takes my foot to the floor to even break loose in the staging lanes. Absolutely no loss of traction. 60' 2.47 330' 6.65 1/8th 10.2 1/4 15.7 @86.26 mph.
It is now obvious I need a retune. My opinion is, Allen, doing the right thing, was way too conservative on my mail order tune. I don't blame him. Without the dyno results you could hurt the motor.
8psi sts, non intercooled, 2800 tci stall, injectors, fuel pump.

You're crew cab doesn't weigh any more than my Ext.Cab Z71 or at least not by too much.
You got something wrong with the setup. You should go back and check everything, check it again, then retune it
I'm sure you've seen my videos and ETs so we all know that a heavy truck can indeed go fast with the STS kit if tuned right. Even on 8psi.

just out of curiosity, how's your fuel pressure? i ran mine for far too long not knowing that my fuel pressure was dropping at wot. added an inline and it made a BIG difference. I get stupid KR even on 10deg timing with my whipple and that makes it run slow as whale ****. Are you getting any KR?
