Pushrods are recommended specially if you shifting in the higher rpm range.

with that cam you are going to need 915's as a minimum. so i would highly reccomend pushrods for that application. $100.00 for piece of mind is cheap. i am using manley from scoggin dickey.

My cam is only slightly bigger and i'm still using the stock springs, rods, lifters, and chain set. You dont have to be as dumb as me, but i think the rods are fine.

I am running low on cash and have had the cam sitting for 2 weeks now. What push rods can I get at a good price? What size do I need?

I'd get the Comp 7.4" chrome mollys. They run about $125. Better pushrods are just insurance. I hope you already have the springs - those will be required.

You need the 7.400. I paid $110 for my Thunder Racing pushrods.
Ganzo, I did not know they made yellow ls6 springs. I was under the impression the 01 springs were blue and 02+ were green.
