yes, you can remove the crossmember then drop the pan.

Yes you can what he ^ said. I need to drop mine too and tap some fitting holes for the turbo.

Thanks guys.... I have a spare pan and I'm going to send it out to have a AN fitting welded to it for a turbo drain. Glad the swap will be easy...
