Jerry,
At what rpm does the turbo start to spool up, and at what rpm is it at full boost? Also, at what rpm does the turbo cut -off at?
Are there options for different turbo rpm ranges?
Thanks in advance,
Dave

On my GT35 the turbo never "cut off". Now I did stop making additional power above 6000rpm but I didn't lose power either. Just stayed flat till 6700rpm.
By playing with the turbo size, A/R and ehxuast housing size you can custom tailor your turbo kit to work exactly the way you want it to. If you want it to come on hard and strong way down low you can do so but you may sacrifice top end power or total HP capability. For towing purposes that would be fine. If you wanna race it then you'd go bigger turbo for max power but you will end up with at least a lil more lag than the aforementioned setup.
Turbo's are sweet in that you can run a fairly large exhaust housing for max HP when racing and for $150-200 you can buy a smaller exhaust housing for daily driving and swap em out pretty easy on these rear mount kits.

I'm not sure where exactly it would start spooling on a normal truck. Mine has a 3000 stall so it basically hits full boost before I have time to look at the guage. I'll mess with it tonight and try to get some accurate #s as far as spool time etc.
And yes, you should see full boost till you hit the rev limiter.
