when i had a shop do my pulleys teh crank bolt broke off INSIDE teh crank... a small 2ish hr job turned into a 14hr job... got that stocker out evently...
I have a 3/4 IR 2141 composite that gets all my hard to break loose bolts off. it will fit with radiator out! were you useing shop air or home compressor air? 150+psi will make a impact work!
That's the best tip I've used in a while. Just pinned my crank and this method is slick, I will always keep an old belt in the tool box just for this. Makes breaking the bolt by youself a snap.
