You didn't have any issues with the fit? According to the disclaimer it shouldn't fit. I'm assuming that you have the same Y-pipe that I have, I know that a '02 Silvy 5.3 and '02 AV 5.3 are the same.

Nope, it's on my truck right know. Well, i guess the only issue is you can't put the pass side rear O2 sensor in, but I didn't use either of the rear O2's (see the second pic)
