Default Catalytic Conv. Fitment Question..

I found a couple of magnaflow high flow cats on ebay. If I plan on putting Pacesetter LT's on my truck, or for that matter sticking with the stock manifolds and putting an x-pipe and custom exhaust on, will about any of these high flow cats with O2 provisions and the right diameter in/outlet work for my application or what do I need to be looking for ??? Or, are the stock cats flowing well enough to weld them up to the LT's or th x-pipe ??

Edit: Is $360 a good price for coated Pacesetter Long Tubes?? and $100 for the pacesetter y-pipe?

$360 is a good price for a coated set, uncoated they run about $285. I don't know good or bad about the Y. If you go with the pacesetters, you will want two 3" cats, metal matrix for best flow.
