Not quite. If you can braze/solder get some copper line or brass pipe and make like a 3"long (1/4 or 1/8" dia) straight peice. Then solder/braze that pipe/peice to a 1/4"npt bushing and tap/thread into the hole drilled into the valley plate (preferably off the motor). Then using the open female threads of the bushing you can pipe/line the valley cover to the catch can.
