Default cats option for LT's

I've got a set of Pacesetter Lt's on my truck. Had them for 2.5-3 years, and I installed a cat right after the Y, well I think it has pooped out after 2 years or so. I have noticed the uncatted smell comming back and the inside of the pipes is pretty black. I want to put two cats. I have ball and socket flanges because the others were leaking too much. I think it can cut off the drivers side flange and move it farther back on the collector and install a magnaflow 59979 cat. The pass side will be harder, I think i can cut off the Y collector and move it back and put a 59959 cat in that area.

The truck is pretty stock other then a tune, intake, and exhaust, If you have pictures of your setup, It would be appreciated.
