Default changin o ring for oil pump

I'm wondering I'm about ready to stick my 6.0 in my truck. Its a stock 6.0 with like 71k on it but I'm wondering if I should go ahead and change the o ring or just leave it be. I haven't ever done it before and I'm scare of messing with the oil pump. What do you guys think?

Don't do it. We tear enough stuff up as is...that's just asking for it.

Usually the only time it gets messed up if when you F*** with it. Unless your changing the chain and everything I wouldn't worry about it.

I'd leave it be, just run it.

Leave it alone. It's not even touched when you do a cam swap.

Thanx fellas that's what I wanted to hear

I noticed when I put the cam in that the timing gears and chain and everything look heavier duty than what was in my 5.3
