Default Changing plans, thoughts.

I've been looking at going turbo for awhile now but do to tight funds ,I'm just going to cam /header an tbss intake for now. I had originally planned on gettin a tsp 228r on a 111 cuz I want it to chop, but have recently seen eps cams and like the specs. Was hoping to get thoughts on a cam. Secondly I had seen schoenfield makes the swap headers for the obs but on the site it says won't fit 4wd an I'm 4wd.Has anyone used them on there 4wd ? Is there any other option on headers? Would like the cam to come in around 2800-3k and pull hard till 6k . Truck is my dd has a 4k stall right now but I will be stalling it down to around 3-3200, truck has a lq9 ,3.42s, 4l80. Thanks for the input .

3.42s with an 80? Upgrading to 4.10s minimum should be your main concern at this time.

City mileage might actually pick up a little bit with 4:10's... I did lose about 2mpg highway with 4:10's though

3.42s I got 22-23 highway. 4.10s I got 17-18 highway. That's real world mileage, hand calculated. That's with a 4l60e. The 4l80e cost me another 1 mpg, and the cam cost me me 1.5 mpg. I get about 15 now. Horrid.
