Glad to hear you fixed the prob.. I would of thought number 7 cyl being dead as the last last thing. It is uncommon for one to pop in a NA set up that is virtually stock(unless your sig is not up to date)

had this same problem with my truck a while back. #1 cylinder misfire. changed plug, wire, and coil with no change. coworker made the comment bout the injector going out. ended up changing the whole intake out for a tbss intake w/90mm tb and ls2 injectors. havent had a problem since.
