A clogged cat will hold the engine back, from what I've seen on the GM's usually the engine won't rev past 4000 rpm, and will misfire. You'll feel a power loss when trying to accelerate. I'm not aware of a clogged cat being associated with those codes. Low voltage on both banks means that the O2 sensors on both sides are reading too much oxygen. I'd be checking for a vacuum leak or air intake leak allowing unmetered air in.

...well after thinking about it, it all happened in extreme acceleration,so im thinking that not enough fuel was getting there and that tripped the codes, but still it doesnt really make sense because my truck is pretty much all stock

Maybe the fuel pump is on it's way out or the fuel filter or sock at the end of the fuel pump is paritially clogged?
