Default Cold Weather Issues...

OK fellas, i'm sick of this truck giving me little bullshit problems when it gets cold outside. here's the deal.. when i start the truck after a colder rain, or now that the temps have gotten low, it starts and runs fine. when you tap the throttle or give it a rev, it comes wayyyy down on RPM and if you do it too many times it will die... i have no idea what is causing this, i just replaced all spark plugs, and intake gasket. and cleaned everything while i had it apart. the only thing i haven't done was check coil packs. but i don't think that's the issue because its only during a cold or "wet" start..

any ideas?

thanks,

-Dixon
