Tiburon,

Are you running 91? You think my 20's are gonna flat out kill my bottom end when I put my cam in?? Is a stall next on your list of goodies??

I am not sure.... about the octane tuning. I always run 93 even when it was stock. As far as 20's, go with some Centerline forged aluminum. Those should only be a few pounds heavier than your stock wheels.

Man I wish I had my cam in already. Seems like every time I try to get around to it something comes up. Is it nessesary to change the push rods? My truck only has 38,000 on it.

Everyone I asked recommended me to. You can say its a $110 insurance policy.

ZO6 cam will make more power up top. The LSA makes that happen. Few people say not to run it due to that. Low end power really isnt there with the LS6 cam. Furthermore; the 212/218 will make more power down low.

Here are some clips of the 212/218 that BlackZ71 posted a while back. First clip is of the truck just after startup. Second is after the truck is warmed up.

WOW That is sounds alot different then the .212/.218 .522/.529 114lsa that I have in my truck. I know I have a blower on but you can hardly tell there is even a cam in it. It almost sounds stock. Mine idles at about 900rpms that could be why. What is this one idleing at? I put 918 springs and stuff in to but that shouldn't make any sound difference.

954RR, did you put that cam in after the blower install? Did it make a huge difference?
